According to the Organizational Charter of NTNU and related regulations, the Office of Human Resources is divided into four divisions managing organization, appointment, employment, recruitment, promotion, resignation, dealing with faculty and staff salary scales, achievement, merits, transfers, benefits, training, leave of absence, insurance, retirement, welfare, pension and other personnel related affairs on campus.
At present, the Personnel Office comprises 35 members, including the Director, the Executive Administrator, 4 Division Heads, and 29 staff members, devoting to providing excellent personnel services and protecting the legal rights for all faculty and staff members.
