According to the Organizational Charter of NTNU and related regulations, the Office of Human Resources is divided into four divisions managing organization, appointment, employment, recruitment, promotion, resignation, dealing with faculty and staff salary scales, achievement, merits, transfers, benefits, training, leave of absence, insurance, retirement, welfare, pension and other personnel related affairs on campus.
