Supervise the affairs of the Labor Insurance, Nation Health Insurance, Labor Pension and Retirement division.

1.Legal matters concerning faculty and staff retirement, severance, and survivor benefits (including personnel covered by the Labor Standards Act).                                                                                                                                                                                  2.Handling matters related to retirement, survivor benefits, and severance for faculty and staff (including Campus Security), as well as cases concerning extensions of service for professors.                                                                                                          3.Administration of retirement and survivor benefit payments, disbursement of excess pension benefits under the Government Employee Insurance program, and post-retirement care services.                                                                                                                4.Maintenance of records for faculty and staff covered by retirement and pension (contribution) funds, and administration of related monthly contributions.                                                                                                                                                                          5.Processing applications for enrollment, withdrawal, and changes to Labor Insurance and National Health Insurance coverage (including continuation of coverage and salary adjustments) for University-level teaching centers.
